一、Customer IT Status

1. The customer produces trading systems, non trading systems, and virtualization application systems. Currently, there are more than 30 storage devices, mainly including HDS, Huawei, and NAS storage devices;

2. The entire IT system has more than 20 fiber optic switches, including DCX 8510, BR6520, BR6510, and G630;

3. There are mainly three data center computer rooms, namely Shenzhen production computer room, Shenzhen testing computer room, and Shanghai disaster recovery computer room.

二、Problems and demands faced by operation and maintenance

1. Lack of effective unified management of storage devices and fiber optic switches makes it difficult to track the capacity usage and performance reports, SAN port allocation, and application reports of all devices;

2. Timely and monitoring strategy based alarms are required, as well as rapid localization of fault and performance issues;

3. The change operation mainly relies on the on-site support of the manufacturer, and there is no unified automated change platform for SAN network and storage;

4. Comprehensive dashboard unified monitoring is required to enable large screen display.
